I am very proud to lead a team responsible for the training and development of over 800 professionals including their leadership, supervisory and technical skills. My personal and professional values are grounded in respect, compassion and producing quality outcomes. I am an experienced coach, mentor, and qualified DISC consultant. I have developed and coordinated the rollout of State-wide training in panel selection processes and job applications, including at Senior Executive level within Queensland Government. My greatest passion and professional achievements have been supporting others to courageously transform their lives by unlocking their potential and achieving their dream job.
